Who we are

SILVERBACK LABS is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We select products, present them properly, handle the order and stay reachable afterwards. The physical products are made and packaged by their manufacturer, and the manufacturer remains responsible for the product itself, its packaging and its documentation.

What we focus on

A store is only as good as the information and the handling behind it. That is where we put our effort.

How we choose the assortment

We keep the range focused. A product is listed when its details are clear enough to publish and when we can present it without guesswork. Where a specification is not confirmed, we leave the field empty instead of filling it with an estimate.

What we do not claim

We make no statements about purity, potency, safety or effect, and we give no dosing, usage or treatment guidance. We do not present ourselves as an official or authorised dealer of any manufacturer, and we do not publish reviews, ratings or statistics that we cannot substantiate.
