How we work
How SILVERBACK LABS handles product information, listings and supplier data. This describes our own process as a retailer, not manufacturing or laboratory work.
Product data comes from the manufacturer
Product names, specifications, pack sizes, descriptions and documentation originate from the manufacturer's product file. We present that data in a consistent structure; we do not rewrite it into claims of our own.
Listing rules
A product is only listed as purchasable when its commercial and regulatory status is clear for the destinations we serve.
- Fields without a confirmed value stay empty rather than being estimated
- Regulated or prescription-restricted entries stay information-only
- Product images show the product as supplied, without added claims
- Any change in specification from the manufacturer is applied to the listing
Handling and packaging
Packaging information is published only after the fulfilment method is confirmed. Product packaging, labels and any manufacturer verification element must remain identifiable in the information shown to customers.
Authenticity
Authenticity checks are performed through the manufacturer's verification service. SILVERBACK LABS does not issue, generate or validate verification codes and does not certify products.
Corrections
If you find information on this site that does not match the packaging you received, tell us. Packaging and manufacturer documentation take precedence over the website, and we correct the listing.
