Scope
These conditions apply to every order placed through this store, with SILVERBACK LABS as the seller. The physical products are made and packaged by their manufacturer, which remains responsible for the product itself. The official company details of the store operator are stated with your order and at checkout.
Orders and confirmation
An order placed through the store is a request to purchase. An agreement is formed when SILVERBACK LABS confirms the order. We may decline an order where a destination cannot be served, a product is unavailable or the order cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
Prices and currency
The price, currency and any applicable taxes and shipping costs that apply to your order are the ones shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices can change for future orders. Currency conversion elsewhere on the site is indicative.
Payment
Only the payment methods configured and shown at checkout apply. The order can move to fulfilment after the configured system confirms payment. Any cancellation rule for an unpaid order must be shown before submission.
Delivery
Delivery follows the shipping page. Any indication of delivery time is an estimate that depends on the destination and the carrier, and is not a guaranteed date.
Eligibility and restrictions
You are responsible for making sure you may lawfully order, import and receive a product where you live. Entries marked information only cannot be ordered through this store.
