Information you can actually read
Every product page shows the same blocks in the same order: overview, brand, key facts, specifications, important information, authenticity, shipping and FAQ. Nothing important is hidden behind marketing copy.
Transparency about what is known
We publish what is confirmed and leave the rest open. An empty field means we do not have that value yet — it never means we filled in something plausible.
Authenticity you can check yourself
Where a confirmed product record includes a manufacturer verification route, we show that route and identify its source instead of creating a SILVERBACK LABS verification badge.
Privacy and discretion
We ask only for the details needed to handle your order. The site does not load advertising trackers or build advertising profiles.
A clear order status
Order, payment and shipping states are shown as they are: placed, awaiting payment, payment received, processing, shipped, delivered. If tracking is not available yet, the page says so instead of guessing.
Support and navigation
Payment, shipping, returns, tracking, authenticity, account and contact each have their own page, reachable from the header, menu and footer in all three languages.

The same layout, the same terminology and the same level of detail on every page, on mobile and on desktop.
