What documentation can accompany a product, how we present it, and what we deliberately do not claim.
Where documentation comes from
Any documentation shown on SILVERBACK LABS originates from the manufacturer. We do not commission, perform or interpret laboratory analysis, and we do not publish laboratory results of our own.
How it is presented
Product pages contain a Documentation block. Where a document is supplied for a product or a batch, it is linked there with its type and date, so you can read the original rather than a summary written by us.
Not every product has documentation
Availability of documentation differs per product and per batch. Where nothing is available to us, the block states that instead of implying that a document exists.
What we do not claim
We do not state that every product in the assortment has undergone laboratory analysis, and we publish no purity percentages, laboratory names or analytical conclusions of our own. Any such information only appears if it comes from the manufacturer and is linked as a document.
Documentation is not authenticity
A document says something about a product or a batch; a verification code says something about the individual pack. Use the authenticity page for checking a pack.
