Step by step

The route from cart to a paid order is short and predictable.

• 1. Review the products, delivery address, shipping and total
• 2. Place the order
• 3. The system creates the VIV order number and unique payment reference
• 4. Receive the confirmed amount and bank transfer instructions
• 5. Transfer the exact amount in EUR
• 6. Use the supplied payment reference exactly
• 7. The order remains Awaiting payment until the payment is received and matched
• 8. Once matched, the status becomes Payment received
• 9. The order can then move to Processing

Why the reference matters

The unique reference links the transfer to the correct order. Use it exactly as shown so the amount, currency and reference can be matched safely.

Amount and currency

Transfer the exact amount shown with the order in EUR. The order remains Awaiting payment until the payment is matched.

Payment problems

If the amount or reference is incorrect, or you are unsure whether a payment was received, contact us with your order number and the non-sensitive transaction details requested by support.

Security

Never send full bank login credentials by email or through a support form. Use only the confirmed instructions presented by the configured checkout and payment provider.
