Why verification matters

A verification method can provide additional manufacturer-supplied information about an eligible pack. Its scope and availability depend entirely on the manufacturer.

Verification codes

If a confirmed product record includes a manufacturer verification method, that method is identified on the product page. SILVERBACK LABS does not assume that every product or pack includes a code.

Where to find the code

Follow the instructions supplied on the packaging or in the manufacturer's verification service. SILVERBACK LABS does not publish an unconfirmed code location.

How to check a pack

Use only the manufacturer URL confirmed for the relevant product and follow the instructions there. Any result comes from the manufacturer's system, not from SILVERBACK LABS.

• Confirm that the verification link belongs to the stated manufacturer
• Follow the packaging and manufacturer instructions exactly
• Keep the packaging and order number if you need support

Traceability of your order

Alongside any product verification, your order number and confirmed status stay available on your order page. Payment and tracking details appear only when the configured systems provide them.

SILVERBACK LABS's role

SILVERBACK LABS is an online store. We do not generate, print, register or validate verification codes and we cannot confirm a result on the manufacturer's behalf. We also make no claim to be an official or authorised dealer of the manufacturer.

If a check does not succeed

If a code is unreadable, already used or not recognised, contact us with your order number and a description of what you see on the pack, and follow the instructions on the manufacturer's verification page. Keep the packaging.
