How the catalogue is organised

The assortment is grouped into categories and subcategories, so related products stay together and are easy to compare. Each category page introduces the group and links to the products within it. Entries that cannot be ordered are marked information only and stay visible for reference.

How to read a product page

Every product page follows the same order, so you always know where to look.

• Brand — the manufacturer of the physical product, as product information
• Key facts and specifications — form, pack size, strength, SKU where confirmed
• Important information — the limits of what we publish
• Authenticity — how to check the pack
• Shipping & tracking — how the order reaches you
• Documentation — manufacturer documents where available

Reading a label

The packaging and label are authoritative. Use only the identity, content, manufacturer and traceability information actually printed on the supplied pack. If anything differs from the confirmed listing, contact support.

Batch references

A batch or lot reference identifies the production run of a product. It is what a manufacturer uses to trace a specific batch and what any batch-level documentation refers to. Keep the packaging so the reference stays available.

Manufacturer verification codes

A manufacturer may offer a pack-level verification method. Where the confirmed product record includes one, follow the manufacturer's instructions linked from the product page; SILVERBACK LABS does not assume a code format or location.

Ordering, payment and shipping

Ordering runs from cart to checkout to a confirmed order number. Configured payment and shipping options depend on the order and destination and are shown before submission; tracking appears when the carrier supplies it.
